 My gift is to help you heal your body, mind, and spirit while rediscovering your essential divine nature, power, and purpose, using methods appropriate to your unique journey. In this way, illnesses and other imbalances can be lessened or alleviated. Energy healing is a great compliment to Western medicine: it can shorten recovery time following procedures, reduce stress, restore vitality, and provide real answers when conventional routes have failed. Energy healing is gentle and noninvasive; you don’t even need to undress.

I channel healing energy through my body and hands and work with your chakra system to clear and balance your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. This means, as you recline on the table facing up, I lay my hands on your body at specific points; or may knead or rub your muscles/tissue in particular areas; and work in the space above and around your body. When I work in your energy field, I receive intuitive guidance and information for you about what is happening with your system, and what you need in order to heal. I may also incorporate affirmations, meditation, journaling, healing stones and crystals, time in the natural world, dream work, movement, music, art, healing foods, and astrology. I work with all ages -- children, teens, and adults.

Shifting, clearing, and repairing your energy bodies can feel like an incredible relief. Many clients report feeling lighter, happier, at peace, and centered in their personal power and place in the universe after a session. It also can stir up old emotions and symptoms, just as house-cleaning first stirs up the long-standing dust. During the week or so following a session, it helps to go easy on ourselves, take more time out from our regular tasks to rest and feel any feelings that surface to be released. Drinking lots of clean water is recommended
